Meet Tiffany
Tiffany Goldberg. LMSW
Tiffany is a Licensed Masters Social Worker, graduating from Columbia University. She began her career providing counseling services to children and their families in an after-school program for at-risk youth experiencing volatility at home.
After the events of September 11th, Tiffany began working with World Trade Center survivors of the attacks and facilitated groups for widows and widowers. Tiffany continued to work with people who have suffered from trauma in the women’s facility at Rikers Island. For the past five years, she has worked in the substance use treatment field in clinical and senior administrative roles.
Having worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, Tiffany approaches both the individual and the family unit from a strengths-based perspective, helping them identify thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are productive along with those that may be harmful or holding them back. She works to help clients develop new perspectives and behavior changes during sessions, along with tailored experiences outside of sessions to help clients progress toward their individual and shared goals.
